this Single Door Revit Family.rfa with parameter Rotation will let you Rotate the Door in 3d as you need in all angles from 0 to 180 Degree
it’s have all details (Hinges , Framed , Panel , Handle )
also you will get Full parameter for Width , Height , Handle z , Handle x , Frame width , Door Angle , Door Frame Material , Door Panel Material , Door Handle Material & Door Hinge Material)
